In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the milk and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. (If available, adding 1/2 tsp baking powder with the flour can make them softer).

Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin, round flatbread (about 6-8 inches in diameter).
